Come and participate in free classes of Tai Chi, taught by Sue Riese.

Please wear comfortable clothing. Tai Chi and other simple stretches can be done sitting or standing.

You may want to bring a yoga mat to stand on if you prefer to work out barefoot. Our format will include a wellness check-in (i.e. “Do you have any health issues such as hip, back, knee, arthritis, balance, etc.).

We can adapt curriculum to address many needs, concerns, and abilities. Activities will include simples stretches, Tai Chi, mindfulness activities, and closing stretches. The focus will always be on having fun and on working safely within our varied abilities. Hope to see you there. All are welcome and encouraged to come.
